Spring-Loaded Polyurethane Towing Casters for Shock-Absorbing Material Handling

Engineered for Towing and Load Impact

The CST-G80-PU family combines spring-loaded suspension with a specialized bearing arrangement for industrial towing applications. A radial bearing supports horizontal forces created during towing, while a thrust bearing manages vertical load forces. The spring-loaded design absorbs shock and provides additional support when transporting sensitive products, creating a distinct alternative to conventional rigid or swivel industrial casters.

Non-Marking Polyurethane Performance

High-performance polyurethane tread provides abrasion resistance for applications involving extended travel while also helping reduce noise. The non-marking yellow tread has a hardness of 92 ±5 Shore A, combining durable rolling performance with cushioning from the spring-loaded rig. This balance makes the family especially suited to equipment that must be both towed and protected from repeated impact during movement.
