Q: I am interested in the floor mounted JIB. I have concrete where I want to install it. Must we pour a new foundation?
A: Because we do not know the condition and strength of the users concrete, pouring a new foundation is the only way we can guarantee the unit will not fail. We can only recommend installing per the instructions in the owners manual. Normal use of the jib causes vibrations that could potentially loosen a wedge anchor. We spec out J-anchors for use in new concrete.
Q: Do you have any type of guard to protect from the pinchpoint of the lower guide wheel/rollers ?
A: Yes, we can add a guard to the floor mounted JIB. Please contact a sales associate for details to modify this unit.
Q: Do you have any type of stop to keep the JIB from rotating 360°?
A: Yes, our engineering team can add a rotation stop. Please contact a sales associate for details.
Q: Do the j bolts that you anchor the base in the concrete come with the JIB?
A: No. The "J BOLTS" do not come with the floor mounted JIB.

This floor mounted jib adapts well to a variety of applications. With the unique design, the job is functional in any direction or complete customization of the work station. Solid steel construction will assist workers in lifting awkward material. The overall I-beam length is 80", except for model JIB-FM-40 which has an I-beam length of 80-3/8". Hoists & Trollies can be ordered seperately.
