Fixed Height Aluminum Gantry Cranes for Portable Overhead Lifting

Fixed height aluminum gantry cranes provide a lightweight, corrosion-resistant overhead lifting solution for maintenance, production, repair, assembly, and material handling applications. The fixed height design is ideal for work areas where lift clearance stays consistent and operators need dependable lifting support without installing a permanent crane system.

Stable Fixed Height Design

Each crane maintains a constant under I-beam height of 120 inches, providing repeatable lifting clearance for long-term or semi-permanent workstation use. Aluminum construction makes the gantry easier to manage than many steel alternatives while still delivering strong performance in demanding environments.

Capacities and Beam Lengths

This family includes 2,000 lb., 4,000 lb., and 6,000 lb. capacity models with overall I-beam lengths of 8 feet, 10 feet, 12 feet, and 15 feet. Usable trolley travel varies by beam length, giving distributors and end users practical options for different work cell layouts and load positioning needs.

Mobility and Leg Options

Four-position locking swivel casters with roller bearings allow the unloaded crane to be positioned smoothly when a layout change is needed. Lower-capacity models include glass-filled nylon casters, while higher-capacity models use phenolic casters. Factory-installed and field-installed stationary leg kits are available. Hoists & Trollies can be ordered seperately.
