Designed for warehouses, drum storage areas, production floors, maintenance departments, and loading operations, this mechanical drum handler helps move drums between horizontal and vertical positions with better control. Mechanical Drum PositioningThe fork mounted design allows users to manipulate drums from horizontal to vertical, or vertical to horizontal, using mechanical operation. This makes the unit useful for loading drums into vehicles, placing drums on pallets, working with drum stands, or positioning drums near racking and dispensing areas. Fork Truck Mounted OperationFork pockets measure 5-1/2 inches wide by 2 inches high usable, allowing the positioner to mount to compatible fork truck forks. Hinged tines lock automatically when lowered to the ground in the horizontal position, helping support controlled drum pickup and placement during routine handling tasks. Capacity and Application FitThis drum positioner supports 800 lb. capacity at a 52-1/8 inch load center and is built for use with 55 gallon steel drums.
