A: The stainless steel thin spins models LP-4000T-SS,LP-4000T-45-SS and LP-4000T-39-SS are not designed for washdown. Water would collect and pool in the grooves that contain the ball bearings.
A: We recommend wedging something between the floor and the carousel (crowbar, prying tool, etc...) and just lift it up a bit so forks can insert under the carousel to lift it .
A: No, we are not able to offer custom diameters.
A: The ball bearings in the LP-4000T-39-SS are 9/16" stainless steel.

When confronted with minimum floor space and only a hand pallet truck, the Thin Spin low-profile carousel is ideal for loading and unloading pallet applications. The Thin Spin is pallet truck loadable because of its sleek 7/8" overall height. The effective ramping length is 4-3/8"; slope is a mere 11 degrees. A safety detent lock restricts carousel rotation when not in use. Units require a starting force of 35 lbs. and a maintaining force of 25 lbs. Units are not suitable for wash down applications.
